Perfect location with beautiful view out on to the bay. Neat triple room with gates. Location really close to cruise ship. Also, to a cave.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the junior suite was fabulous, the view out onto the bay from the window was absolutely fabulous, and the entire staff was exceptionally nice and very courteous.

The room was neat and beautifully decorated, included with private bathtub, balcony, for instance. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were really useful. Every member of staff was well managed and service-minded. The service was all in all very good!

This place has well-managed staff and a perfect location in the quieter La Han Bay on a beautiful new boat.

The location was great, surrounded by beautiful mountains and in a quiet part of the bay. the boat was new and clean, with a small beach nearby for swimming. to truly experience the area, it was necessary to have your own transportation.

The staff was unable to accommodate those with physical handicaps, leaving them unable to take part in the day's activities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ha Long. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the top-notch service provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a quieter bay, allowing for a peaceful and serene experience. Lastly, the rooms were modern and well-equipped, with a beautiful balcony view to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Great location near the cruise ship 🚢, in a beautiful area. Also, it's just a 5-minute drive from Bai Tam beach.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a luxurious design and amazing rooftop bar that served great cocktails. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the ship, from the rooms to common spaces. The staff was always helpful and discrete, making us feel well taken care of. We also enjoyed activities such as kayaking and cooking classes.

My romantic getaway at this hotel was amazing. The views were breathtaking, and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
